I appreciate how someone can complain about AI-speak and immediately refuse to make their text readable by humans.
“Why would I make “ive” easier to read?”
Not a lot of reflection in this one.

Or approximately 0.0769 U.S. cents, non-transferable.

If you can get a friend to switch to Edge via a referral link, you’ll receive 500 Microsoft Rewards points (with the ability to accumulate up to 7,500 points per month if you’re feeling ambitious).
A $1.25 Microsoft gift card is 1,625 points.
So you have to refer four friends to get $1.25 off your next Microsoft purchase.

No one should compromise with people who have hundreds of millions of dollars.

as opposed to what? The parking mode? Or is this automatic vs manual?
A lot of more modern vehicles have a bunch of modes you can select. Like “economy,” “sport,” etc.
I think that’s what they mean.
Edited because I forgot the word “vehicles”!

I actually came back to ask “is that an Aerosmith ‘Livin On the Edge’ reference in the wild?!”
I loved it.

Yep! I saw and rewatched tons of movies this way as a kid. We had two VCRs and my stepdad copied most of what we watched for a handful of years, but I can’t remember when exactly it started. We had Road House on a copied tape, so it was likely in the early 90s.
He also had some copied Betamax tapes from the 80s too, so he was a pretty early adopter of piracy. I first saw Labyrinth on Betamax!

Oh totally, Nader is the piece of shit here…
In response to Nader’s criticisms, GM attempted to sabotage Nader’s reputation. It “(1) conducted a series of interviews with acquaintances of the plaintiff, ‘questioning them about, and casting aspersions upon [his] political, social, racial and religious views; his integrity; his sexual proclivities and inclinations; and his personal habits’; (2) kept him under surveillance in public places for an unreasonable length of time; (3) caused him to be accosted by girls for the purpose of entrapping him into illicit relationships; (4) made threatening, harassing and obnoxious telephone calls to him; (5) tapped his telephone and eavesdropped, by means of mechanical and electronic equipment, on his private conversations with others; and (6) conducted a ‘continuing’ and harassing investigation of him.”
Nader, on the other hand, literally took the money he won for GM’s harassment and intimidation and put it into a consumer protection organization.
Then
He went on to lobby for consumer rights, helping drive the creation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the passage of the Clean Air Act, among others
You’re fucking delusional to pretend he was the bad guy in this situation.

Not super common where I live!
I see 1-2 a month, at most. Lots of other Teslas, but few people are buying Cybertrucks in the middle of the U.S.

This is actually really funny, because Ralph Nader literally started his activist career pointing out that they didn’t in 1965.
The book, critical of the automotive industry, argued that many American automobiles were generally unsafe to operate.
Auto manufacturers were eventually forced to add seatbelts and protection for roll-overs.
Nader’s book was cited as the reason to create what became the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
When the original bill was passed,
Speaker of the United States House of Representatives John William McCormack said the passage of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act was brought about by the "crusading spirit of one individual who believed he could do something: Ralph Nader.”
They’re lying about their “visitors,” like all of these shitty advertising websites do. Just take a look at one of their websites without a content blocker and you’ll see what I mean. The content doesn’t even display properly. You can’t even read the homepage of science blog dot com because the content overlaps.
Bullshit.
They’re conning people into believing they’re successful, but like many other “successful” web properties, they can just make up their number of visitors.
