During a rally in Tennessee on Saturday, President Donald Trump teased his supporters about their blind devotion, telling a crowd, “I could say the stupidest things and you’d clap.”
Trump, who has been touring the country trying to stir up his MAGA base amid shaky prospects for the November midterms, admitted visiting the deep red state wasn’t a must, but that he was there to thank his followers and soak up the love.

And I bet anything he thinks he is so much smarter than everyone, most especially his base. He keeps going on about his uncle and his genes and his IQ. There’s no way he thinks his average voter is as bigly smart-brained as he is.
