So, I think the artist, whom did a great fucking job, really impressed, could have improved the wording:

‘…The base is inscribed with the words “I am sitting on the back of a man. He is sinking under my burden. I will do anything to help him. Except stepping down from his back,”’

To be clear, the president won’t do anything to help anyone unless they can hurt him if he doesn’t. I would have thought that was very clear.

The obesity scale on the statue seems accurate -er than a lot of others, so props on that.

“Trump represents one of the greatest threats to the rule-based world order, democratic values, and our common effort to solving the climate crisis”

Trump is a dumb clown. You know he’s a dumb clown. I know he’s a dumb clown. Everybody knows.

If he is the greatest threat to rule-based world order and democratic values, then it was already irrevocably broken.

Trump won because the press gave him more media coverage than anybody. Much, much, much more coverage. Of course he won.

Trump received more extensive media coverage than Ted Cruz, John Kasich, Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders COMBINED.

(emphasis added by me… source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_coverage_of_the_2016_United_States_presidential_election)

Of course he won. What’s a bigger threat to democratic values? Trump, or the money that elected Trump?

When your government is for sale, your President will be a sellout. Biden was a sellout (his platform was 15 an hour, he sold out to keep it at $7.25). Trump is a sellout. Trump sold out more, so he wins.

I vote in every election and you should too. Because it’s funny… and the more people that vote, the funnier it is.

Biden put an executive order for $15/hr 3 months into office. That doesn’t do anything for us because we don’t work for the executive branch, that has to be done by congress.

So that means there were corporate Democrats in Congress that didn’t support raising minimum wage to 15 by 2025 as proposed.

Don’t be ridiculous. They spent an afternoon on it. Did they try to pass $14.50 after the first attempt failed? $12.00? $10.00? Even $8.00? Did Biden spend weeks after his election to get his own platform passed, with fireside chats and press releases and exerting pressure on his party (at least)?

No. That’s because he could not be bothered, he made the absolute minimum effort possible to be able to claim “I tried”.

Not even ONE standalone bill attempt.

Please realize the difference between “This really must pass and we’re not getting anything else done until we make a deal we haven’t increased the minimum wage in 20 years” and “welp, we tried folks!”

Open your eyes, it’s right out in front of you. He has always been a sellout and a tired hack, don’t be a sucker.
