Seed oils are industrially refined oils that differ greatly in chemical composition to animal fat. Intuitively, you know that they are liquid at room temperature while tallow is solid. They are clearly not the same.

NYT has some kind of weird thing that removes reader mode in Firefox when I try to turn it on. Using archive fixes it though.
