Do you mean one of the many pneumatic airguns you can buy for hunting and the like? The ones that aren’t classified as firearms and thus aren’t nearly as legally restricted or regulated as firearms despite being able to deliver similar accuracy and kinetic force?

And yes, the fed hasn’t been super great at making logical distinctions between objects in general commerce. They’re silly.

Laziness, mostly. Got tired of telling folks what the password was. And we’re far enough out that nobody can rogue connect to the network.

After turning off the wifi setting on my 2022ish Samsung TV, no attempts to connect to wifi. I don’t have a password, but it doesn’t appear to have connected to my wifi.

I also live in the woods and there’s no neighbor wifi or anything.

That said, before I turned wifi off, the TV was CONSTANTLY sending data to the mothership.
