Never left the EU, living in the Nordics. Here you could dance naked on the border road/bridge and no one would blink an eye. But that does sound like how it has looked like in the TV…

Now that I thought about this a bit more, freshly made empty social media profiles would be even more suspicious… Huh. Would the person need to make full-on fake profiles long before the actual trip? I know I plan my travels early, but never ever have had to add a date in calendar for making the decoy social media profiles.

No, absolutely not the scariest and likely never will be… But I gotta wonder, what if someone really doesn’t use any social media and then when visiting they get stopped and they got nothing to show? I feel like they’re gonna get accused of “hiding” and denied entry…

Yeah, same. Everything is like 20-25 per month if not more, it just doesn’t make sense. Or 10-15 WITH ADS? Why would I pay for watching ads? But they say they have to have all the +5 services, because they watch one, spouse the other and the kids want these…

I frequently listen to my coworkers/mutuals list how many streaming services they have and how much they cost a month, leaving the proper maths to only to the listeners because they won’t hear the real bill… I had to quit one that cost “only” 19€ per month because I wasn’t able to afford it anymore!

I’m glad I have started my nest-making process. Offline games, older consoles, Linux PC, dumb phone, movies, books, music, board games, letter paper and envelopes… There’s no clear timetables on when the shit will properly hit the fan. I’m personally not going to send anyone my ID just to see a few memes or a pointless post. Most will, probably.

Banking is going to be more difficult, they try to require the app for “safety.” Healthcare too, they want you to use their apps for forms or online appointments… And those apps don’t even work properly.

I have no experience with Euki, or any clue (pun-intended) on if it’s good or not. I personally use, and recommend, drip. It only saves the data on your device. That can be an issue if you keep breaking or losing phones. I guess only better option would be to make my own notebook, mark the days there. It’s just math to figure out how far X days are apart from each other.
