I think you might mean technofeudalism. Technocracy means a system of government of technology (or people who have/owned technology).

Technofeudalism is feudalistic system where “free space” (like land feudalism) has been taken up by the tech companies. So us, the technoserfs have to pay our technofeudals to have access to smth that used to be free. Think about emails, you can’t exists in the system without one yet if you were to host yourself, it would be spam blocked everywhere. Same with social media and other thing.

Technofeudals don’t rule themselves directly but rather support other rulers who reinforce their feudalistic rule. I vibe coded a monitor that shows me all the logs and other stuff. And im using netbird cloud (free version) to setup dns so all my services have url “servicexyz.home.internal”.

So i just connect to netbird vpn on my phone and go to that url.

You can pretty much use any of the other tools mentioned in this thread with this kind of setup, heck you can write a simple fastapi server that just runs “top” and return it (it would be like 20-30 lines of python) over a url that you can from anywhere as long as you are connected to your vpn

Regarding death penalty, it is forbiden in sharia to snoop on people. Like you don’t go around looking for people to kill, and all the scholars agree it is better to leave someone guilty than to punish an innocent one. So only repeated offenders are caught and even then they are supposed to be given guidance first, and let go. They can also flee the society after that and they shouldn’t be pursued. Only the people who stay firm in their disobedience are punished.

And I completely understand you may think even that is unjustifiable. But understand that it is because of how our modern society is today. Roughly 2 out of 3 people in germany commit adultery at least once similar numbers in france. Lying and cheating are not only accepted but justified if its not against the law.

Contemporary AI encourages harmful behaviours, nobody who have used AI denies its usefullness but it is unethical. Look at the layoffs, datacenter caused environment destruction, AI psychosis etc.

Oh wow, i just found out that legally in switzerland, it is not prohibited to download from unauthorized sources. Only the uploading part is illegal. ISPs may still block “unsafe” sites though. So if im using a vpn, its probably fine to torrent.

You could try this setup. Create a seperate network for TV with no internet (you might need a seperate rj45 connector on PI), then run microsocks proxy on pi (microsocks is super lightweight, and this will be using your other rj45 or wifi with internet), next install smarttube on TV and add your local proxy. You will need to create an exception in your firewall to allow connections to microsocks and block everything.

This way, nothing on your TV should have internet access other than any app you add that can accept a proxy.

If you don’t care about your TV spying on you, skip all this and just install smarttube on TV and use it.

Note: I just realized pi already has a wifi and an ethernet connection so you won’t need to buy another usb-to-rj45, so use one interface for no-internet-except-microsocks network, and use the other for normal one.
