I very much appreciate the keyboard and the 4" size
But how many “no X, no Y, no Z” statements do you really need on your kickstarter page, holy mother of slop marketing, batman

so where’s… the link? the website just mirrors the post here. where does the project live? if you are working on it already then where’s that first sketch that was built openly?
I’m currently on CachyOS but I am feeling the pull of Gentoo more and more. Some day…
Visited it with LibreWolf (javascript turned on). The only thing that it got right was that I am on Linux, that I have an x86 processor and that I have LaTeX fonts installed.
I refreshed the page, the data shown was the same, but the fingerprint was different.
Not all, only those where you behave like a rude comment gremlin. But looking over your comment history I see that you consider it normal to call other people morons off hand, so you likely fall into the terminally online category with whom it’s impossible to have a conversation. So uhhh get ratioed, seek grass etc etc, I am not feeding you further.
I’m not exactly on board with needing an account with a search engine. That makes it super easy to track you.

they have a built in AI despite calling themselves “human-focussed”
Because it’s a tool that can serve humans. Not strictly search-related, but their AI-based translation tool is genuinely great and very useful to me.

You don’t have to use built-in AI, it only triggers when you explicitly ask for it and you can completely disable it in the settings.
They also have anti-slop filters, BTW: https://help.kagi.com/kagi/features/slopstop.html
Finally, not sure what models the search summarizer and the translation tool use, but the assistant lets you use open weights model like Kimi, GLM, DeepSeek et al.
I pay for Kagi. The results are good oob and you can downrank/ban websites.
Self-host Navidrome. Choose any of the clients that you like. Pirate stuff from big bands, buy stuff from smaller bands.
Cons: You’d have to deal with storage and hosting and access from outside your house e.g. with Tailscale. You’d also have to tag incorrectly tagged songs (surprisingly common issue, sometimes pirates tag stuff better than the bands themselves)
You are aware that this is exactly why the rules require [AIP] in the title and AI declaration in the body?
