It’s a bit hard to tell from a picture, but it looks like the stem doesn’t cool down enough during the print. I would try setting a minimum layer time with a high minimum speed and the “lift head” option enabled. That way, the printer has to pause after each layer and actually move the print head away from the part, letting it cool down before the next layer.

That’s new information for me, and a quick web search doesn’t bring up anything to that end (other than him being Christian, and I don’t find that problematic on its own). What did I miss?

Edit: Nevermind, I just found his blog. I mean, everything related to politics and religion is from more than 10 years ago, but… yikes. That’s a shame, I really like his videos.
