Anyone that downvotes awareness of the horrors of android auto because they dont understand the risks involved would also probably fail a phishing test or plug in a random usb from the street into their personal PC because “its just a storage device”. Would you give a stranger your phone so it can read you directions or tell you that you have a text from your mom? What if the stranger read it aloud for you? What if that stranger was hundreds of thousands of people called a company and they were selling that data to their other friends who charge you money for car insurance?
