This is why protest has to be disruptive. A bunch of people holding funny signs in a park on a Saturday afternoon doesn’t have an impact.

That’s why we’re supposed to take care of each other in situations like that. My kitchen is overstocked and I’m a chef who knows how to make the most out of what’s available. I share my food and you pitch in however you can.

A friend of mine moved from SC to NY when I was a freshman in highschool. He was a sophomore in SC but to graduate on time in NY he had to take a full schedule each year and was always in a handful of classes with people in my grade.
