That’s very cool. They grew the NbSe2 between a graphene monolayer and SiO2 to prevent degradation. I’m looking forward to reading the actual paper when I have more time and access to see what precursor they used to work well in that small space and how they enabled growth in that 1nm gap.

And also I know that this is the selfhosted community, but can someone explain to me the benefits of a server in my pocket compared to just having all the media directly on my phone? I mean I have a 1TB microSD in there, can open nearly everything with VLC and have not bottleneck in the wireless connection.
