I’ve seen people complaining about Biden and Garland slow walking the prosecution. I haven’t seen anyone complaining about Smith.
I have to agree with them on Garland and Biden. Those two fucked the pooch by being partisan in an attempt to appear nonpartisan.
Elon backed up that quote. “If he [Trump] doesn’t win, I’m going to prison.”
The Business Plot suffered no consequences
Who ya gonna call?
She seems to have learned her lesson from Trump’s impeachment.
For that matter, what the fuck is my mayor and yours doing?
Fuck polygraphs. I wanna see Hegseth do a proper set of pullups without all the cheating by swinging himself and his legs back and forth to give himself momentum, oh, and at least one set of ten proper straight pushups, before he’s allowed to implement any sort of PT guidelines for the actual rank and file.
I think it basically is, just the actual clip that LWT used.
This is extremely dangerous to our democracy
Yes. It would have been better in the short term. We have no idea where project 2025 would be if those things had happened. I suspect Trump doesn’t get elected, and they manage to keep a lid on their plan until 2030 when they were actually ready, and held all the courts.
I haven’t forgotten about GWB. I protested that shit in my 20’s. Hell I’m using a sign that was made back then to protest the Iran war today. I don’t think it would have been worse back then, I think we would have gotten complacent, the way we did when Obama was elected, and the establishment Dems would have done fuck all to stop the plan that the conservatives have been working on since their failed Business Plot. I think we got somewhat lucky that an idiot got placed in charge a bit too early.
They used them during times of peace as well as times of war, and we are currently in a war. Also the federal government has no say in how the elections are conducted. The Constitution says so, and the SCOTUS has reaffirmed that multiple times.
How do you think we had elections during The Civil War? Mail in ballots. It has been important enough that absentee ballots and mail in ballots were definitely a thing in 1860 and 1864, and I’m fairly certain that they had been in use since 1812, if not since the USPS was founded in the Constitution.
RFK? I’d guess Nurgle, but with latent Tzeench worship as an occasional treat.
We might actually be in a worse position, if Gore had won. I get the feeling that Trump started the carefully tended century old plan early. As in they almost had everything in place, and he didn’t wait the few more years they needed so we couldn’t do anything other than violence to oppose this crap.
Nice.
Yes. The nicest part is that they would need 4 sacrificial lambs to keep maintaining the status quo, on every single vote, since 66 is Filibuster proof.
If they flipped all 20 current Republican held seats this year, and keep all of the currently Democratic held seats, they could actually hit 69 Democrat Senators, but that’s highly unlikely.
WILSOONNNN!!!
Edit: The Insurrection and Sedition Act of 1913. That, and a few other key policies of The Wilson administration, led directly to The Business Plot of 1933, who idiotically chose Brigadier General Smedley Butler to lead the coup.
They’ve got to do something. They’re in danger of getting a supermajority in the Senate if they actually win
I actually did vote for a Republican candidate. Just one. I voted for the R for jail warden, because the previous administration was responsible for the highest fatality rate in any jail in the US. The previous guy wasn’t running, but his second in command was. When I researched the R candidate, he had just been involved in some tax avoidance scandals, not the deaths of hundreds of people.
