GOP Senate nominee Mike Rogers seized on the fractured Democratic dynamic, suggesting Rep. Stevens should campaign with him.

Feuding Democratic Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed and Rep. Haley Stevens were scheduled to make their first joint campaign appearance since August this weekend.

Instead, their rift grew uglier, with El-Sayed’s campaign telling Stevens to stay away in the waning days of the state’s pivotal race, a Democratic source familiar with the matter confirmed to MS NOW Saturday.

The source requested anonymity to discuss information the individual was not authorized to disclose. Politico was first to report on the flaring public tensions between El-Sayed and Stevens.

Gavin Newsome and Kimberly Guilfoyle were MARRIED, so at one time, they presumably shared similar political views. That should tell you all you need to know about his commitment to Democratic principles. Basically, he’ll say whatever it takes to convince you to throw your vote away on him.

If Newsome becomes president, MAGA principles will become ingrained in American culture, and MAGA will be part of American politics forever.

Though both she and Newsom have always been madly ambitious, Guilfoyle has visibly deterioriated since her time with Newsom. I’m not sure how much of that is due to the pursuit of fame, how much to greed, and how much to nose candy. Any or all are plausible.

Newsom remains the same cynical centirst weasel he’s always been. He’s no more MAGA now than he ever was. I’m utterly opposed to Newsom’s national political ambitions, but holding him responsible for the actions of an ex he divorced 20 years ago is absurd.
