The IP would be a VPN or a compromised/hacked server. Behind that should be another VPN/hacked server, maybe then over tor, etc, etc, etc.

Couldn’t Denuvo get a subpoena to have reddit unmask that account?

There has to be something to unmask first. You don’t need to supply personal data for a reddit account do you?
