He wasn’t a great president, but I don’t think he was a shit president either. He did completely ruin any legacy he had by choosing to try to run for a second term though. That was a disastrous decision.
He ruined his legacy by allowing MAGA to rise again and take power, again. For that, he will be ranked in the Bottom 15 of American Presidents. On balance, a failed presidency.
