Nice! Switched to GrapheneOS a few months ago and apparently the backup tool also backups apks alongside data. So I think its literally 10 times cooler than Google’s solution. But never restored it so far.
Well, i guess this is why i had to avail of the 400gb. The family sharing really caused a huge spike in storage we already maxed our 200gb
This is mostly a nothing burger. MOST of the data intensive stuff is already backed up if you have it on. According to the email I got this will increase my usage by .1GB (100mb). I’m honestly surprised they were not counting all settings already. I’m, overall not happy with them in general these days but this is a pretty minor change.
